A little help. More independence. Request appointment accompaniment, everyday errands or smartphone help for yourself or an elderly parent in Singapore.

Choose the support that fits your day.
One task, or a few things together.
From leaving home to coming back, request someone to accompany you through the visit.
A hand with your shopping, a collection, or a familiar trip around the neighbourhood.
Your phone, made a little friendlier. Go through it at your pace, one practical step at a time.
Pilot availability and suitability are confirmed individually. Transport, purchases and service fees will be clarified in your quote.
You choose what help feels right. We start with the everyday task, your preferences, and a plan you are comfortable with.
Agree on the meeting place, language and practical support needed.
Navigate registration together, wait for the consultation and note the next steps.
Collect prescriptions, then return home. Add another errand if agreed in advance.
Share the agreed update, with the senior’s permission.
No account to create.
No payment just to make an enquiry.
For yourself, a parent or someone close to you. Share the task, timing and preferences.
Send your request on WhatsApp. We’ll discuss suitability, availability and a clear quote.
Agree on the person, scope, costs and arrangements before any visit is confirmed.
Let us know your preferred language, the support you need and whether you’d like family updates. You can also ask us to speak with the senior before making arrangements.
Yes. Tell us what your parent needs and how they would like to be involved. We’ll ask about their comfort with the arrangement before confirming a visit. You can also request help for yourself, a spouse, a relative or a friend.
We are testing demand for the pilot and have not published fixed rates yet. Your quote will explain the service time, what is included, and any separate transport or purchase costs. Making an enquiry does not commit you to a booking or payment.
Tell us the neighbourhood where help is needed. Pilot coverage is being planned, and we’ll confirm availability for your area and preferred date before you make any commitment.
Please mention practical needs such as a walking aid, wheelchair or assistance moving around. We’ll discuss whether suitable support can be arranged. Personal care, nursing and complex care require appropriately trained providers. An enquiry does not guarantee that we can provide that support.
You can request an update after the visit. We’ll agree on what information is shared and with whom, with the senior’s permission. We do not make treatment decisions or replace advice from healthcare professionals.
Request help with setting up a new smartphone, adjusting text size and sound, WhatsApp, video calls and navigating everyday apps. You remain in control of your device. Please do not share passwords, Singpass credentials, OTPs or banking details. Hardware repairs are outside this pilot’s scope.
It may be. AIC provides information on medical escort and transport, and IMDA’s Seniors Go Digital offers digital learning support. Eligibility and availability depend on the programme. We encourage you to explore the option that best fits your needs.
